Law degree from the University of Navarra in 1994 and one year later, he obtained a degree in Business Administration from the CEU San Pablo University and a Management Program from the IESE Business School.
Since 1998, director of the legal and economic law firm Ortiz&Asociados where he has coordinated more than 3,000 legal matters in the civil, commercial, labor, administrative, banking and tax fields.
As for international law, he has worked for the ICEX of the Ministry of Economy making economic reports on countries such as China, India, Canada, Brazil or Dubai. He has also participated in trade missions for Spanish companies in Japan, China, the United States, Germany and the United Arab Emirates, among other countries, also advising them on their implementation. Valencian lawyer who has filed international anti-dumping lawsuits before the European Union.
It stands out for its membership in various boards of directors and its participation in mergers, spin-offs, corporate restructuring, family protocols and the sale of both national and international companies.
A training that has led him to give lectures and classes in the Valencian Business Confederation (CEV) and in the CEOE, as well as in private companies.
